Welcome to the WIRED FOR WELLNESS™ ✨ Community!

Here at Wired For Wellness - We specialize in helping people RESOLVE chronic stress, anxiety, overwhelm, and physical symptoms with ease.

By RESOLVE we mean, those feelings are no longer a part of their daily experience! They don’t have to do anything on a regular basis to “manage” them because they’re just not feeling it!

We know how you’re feeling: like the weight of the world is always on your shoulders, and you’re drowning in stress with no way out. We know because we were once there ourselves…

On top of the suffocating feelings above, we were also struggling with:

  • Turning our racing thoughts off to rest and sleep 😵‍💫

  • Feeling wired but tired all the time.

  • Hiding our stress  and suffering to keep up the appearance that we “had it all together”. Feeling like we "should" be able to handle it all with a smile on.

  • Ignoring the signs from our bodies that they were crumbling under the constant pressure.

  • Giving ourselves the permission to slow down, take breaks, or prioritize self-care

  • Truly relaxing even when we would take a vacation or try to rest…It felt like our lives and our very identities would fall apart if we weren’t always being productive.

  • Fears of failing, 🙈 being seen as not good enough or weak, and letting people down.

  • Worrying 😨 about what other people thought of us all the time

  • Trusting and feeling confident in ourselves (imposter feelings were our frequent companions)

  • Feeling like it was our job to keep all the plates in the air all the time, even other people’s plates! 🤹‍♀️

  • We had a terrible relationship with boundaries! They were basically non-existant, and that led us to constantly overgiving, not saying no when we wanted or needed to…and burning out

  • And some of the most painful parts of that phase in our lives were feeling unable to connect to joy, playfulness, fun, passion, and creativity. It’s like we forgot how to enjoy living!

  • Life felt like an unsatisfying never-ending list of chores, 😓 and we felt like shells of ourselves. Purpose? Meaning? Fulfillment? What’s that? We never felt those back then.
